Kitchen Master Cabinetry
Tiered Limited Warranty

Effective Date: December 1, 2025

Kitchen Master Corporation (“Kitchen Master,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) warrants to the original residential purchaser (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) that Kitchen Master cabinetry products (“Cabinetry” or “Products”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions contained in this Full Legal Warranty (“Warranty”).

1. WHO IS COVERED / WHERE THIS WARRANTY APPLIES

1.1 Scope of Warranty / Products Covered

This Limited Warranty applies only to cabinetry products manufactured by Kitchen Master Corporation, identified as “Kitchen Master Cabinetry” (the “Covered Products”).

This Limited Warranty does not apply to cabinetry, hardware, doors, accessories, or other products manufactured by third parties, even if such products are sold, supplied, delivered, or installed by Kitchen Master. Third-party products are covered solely by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, if any.

1.2 Original Purchaser / Residential Use Only

This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Cabinetry installed for use in an owner-occupied primary residence located within the United States. This Warranty is not transferable, and it does not extend to any subsequent owners if the home is sold.

1.3 Excluded Uses

This Warranty does not apply to Cabinetry installed in: (i) commercial properties or commercial settings; (ii) rental properties; (iii) multi-family common areas; (iv) short-term/vacation rentals, even part-time (including but not limited to Airbnb/VRBO type use); or (v) outdoor installations.

2. WARRANTY PERIODS (TIERED COVERAGE)

Kitchen Master provides tiered coverage based on component type:

2.1 Cabinetry Construction – Ten (10) Year Limited Warranty

Kitchen Master warrants the Cabinetry construction, including cabinet boxes, case joinery, and standard cabinet components (excluding factory-prefinished sheet materials described below) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of installation (or delivery if installed by others).

2.2 Factory-Prefinished Sheet Materials / Decorative Finished Components – Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Certain doors, drawer fronts, finished end panels, decorative panels, and related components may be fabricated from factory-prefinished sheet material (cut and edgebanded to size). These materials and finishes are subject to the manufacturer’s finish/material warranty, which is typically one (1) year. Accordingly, Kitchen Master’s Warranty coverage for factory-prefinished sheet materials and finishes is limited strictly to the extent of the manufacturer’s warranty coverage. After the manufacturer’s warranty period expires, replacement or repair related to prefinished sheet materials is not covered unless the manufacturer provides coverage.

2.3 Hardware – Blum Limited Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty

Hinges, drawer slides, and lift systems manufactured by Blum are covered by Blum’s Limited Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty. Kitchen Master may provide reasonable assistance with warranty processing if requested; however, all hardware warranty approvals are subject to Blum’s warranty terms, inspection process, and replacement policies.

3. WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS

Subject to all exclusions and limitations herein, this Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor residential use occurring during the applicable Warranty period.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 Prompt Inspection and Notice

Customer must promptly inspect Cabinetry upon delivery and/or installation. Any visible issues (including damage, missing parts, wrong items, or obvious defects) must be reported to Kitchen Master within a reasonable time. Failure to provide prompt notice may limit or eliminate available remedies.

4.2 Proper Use, Care, and Maintenance

Customer must use and maintain the Cabinetry under normal residential conditions, including reasonable care and cleaning.

4.3 Cooperation with Warranty Investigation

Customer must cooperate with all reasonable requests by Kitchen Master during investigation and evaluation of a Warranty claim, including providing photos and allowing inspection.

5. STORAGE CONDITIONS (PRIOR TO INSTALLATION)

If Cabinetry must be stored prior to installation, it must be stored indoors in a clean, dry, climate-controlled environment and protected from moisture, direct sunlight, and construction conditions. Kitchen Master is not responsible for damage arising from improper storage, jobsite conditions, or exposure prior to installation.

6. EXCLUSIONS (WHAT IS NOT COVERED)

This Warranty does not cover any Product, component, defect, or damage arising from or related to:

6.1 Improper Installation / Site Conditions – improper installation, adjustment, leveling, building movement, settling, uneven floors/walls, or structural issues.

6.2 Misuse / Abuse / Accidents – misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, impact damage, vandalism, unauthorized modifications or repairs.

6.3 Normal Wear and Tear / Cosmetic Damage – scratches, dents, chips, scuffs, abrasions, finish wear, or cosmetic issues arising after installation.

6.4 Water, Moisture, Humidity, and Temperature Extremes – water exposure, leaks, steam, excessive humidity/dryness, swelling, delamination, warping or joint movement due to environment.

6.5 UV Exposure / Sunlight / Window Heat – fading, discoloration, yellowing, finish breakdown, checking, cracking, warping, or changes caused by UV exposure/sunlight/heat through windows/skylights/glass doors.

6.6 Cleaning Products – improper cleaning or abrasive/chemical cleaners, solvents, scouring pads, steel wool, chlorine-based or acidic cleaners.

6.7 Overloading – damage caused by overloading shelves/drawers/rollouts beyond reasonable residential use.

6.8 Natural Material Characteristics / Wood Movement – natural wood variation, seam lines, joint movement, finish telegraphing, grain/knots/mineral streaks.

6.9 Third-Party / Associated Products and Costs – countertops, sinks, plumbing/electrical, appliances, flooring; removal/reinstall costs; contractor charges; delays.

6.10 Products Sold As-Is – Products sold as-is, salvaged, discounted as defective, or without standard warranty coverage.

7. COLOR / FINISH / MATCH DISCLAIMER

7.1 Discontinued Finishes

Kitchen Master cannot guarantee continued availability of any finish, color, texture, edgebanding, or material. If a component requires replacement and the original finish is discontinued or unavailable, Kitchen Master may provide a similar or closest-available replacement.

7.2 No Guarantee of Exact Match

Exact color/finish matching is not guaranteed for replacement components due to natural aging, UV exposure, environmental conditions, manufacturer production changes, and material lot variation. Color and sheen variation over time is not considered a defect.

7.3 No “Replace to Match” Obligation

Warranty coverage is limited strictly to the defective component only and does not include replacement of unaffected cabinetry or components solely for color matching.

8. REMEDY / PERFORMANCE OF WARRANTY

8.1 Repair or Replacement

If a covered defect occurs during the applicable Warranty period, Kitchen Master will, at its sole option, repair the defective component, replace it with the same or comparable product, or substitute a functionally equivalent component of similar style and value.

8.2 Commercial Feasibility

If Kitchen Master determines, at its sole discretion, that repair or replacement is not commercially feasible, Kitchen Master may refund the original purchase price of the defective component or provide a credit toward a replacement product.

8.3 Acclimation / Deferral

For claims involving warpage, joint movement, or environmental-related movement, Kitchen Master may defer action for a reasonable period to allow the Product to acclimate to the installed environment before determining remedy.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Kitchen Master’s total liability under this Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the defective component. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kitchen Master shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits or savings, delay damages, inconvenience, or loss of opportunity or goodwill.

10. DISCLAIMER OF OTHER WARRANTIES

THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY KITCHEN MASTER FOR THE PRODUCTS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD ABOVE. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental/consequential damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.

11. HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

To submit a Warranty claim, Customer must provide proof of purchase, installation address, written description of the issue, and photos of the issue (and surrounding area). Kitchen Master may require onsite inspection or additional documentation prior to approval.
